At the Niseko View Plaza Farmer’s Market, we provide produce that is both safe and reasonably reasonable priced. Run by the farmers, this market’s direct-to-consumer approach allows exceptionally fresh vegetables to be provided at low prices. Most vegetables were harvested that morning, and we even have some vegetables you may have never seen before. From the snow carrots and greens grown in spring to the melons and potatoes available in summer and autumn, a variety of vegetables can be found lining the shelves all-year-round. In addition, new rice is harvested every October, including varieties characteristic of Hokkaido such as Yumepirika and Nanatsuboshi. The food stalls next door also love to use local Niseko produce in their food. Don’t just take it from us though- surely you will agree that there’s nothing better than gazing at majestic Mount Yotei while enjoying Niseko’s locally sourced delicacies!
